SUMMER CLASSIC is 2-person MIXED PAIRS (MF) and MASTERS 40+ (MM or FF) Team Functional Fitness Competition for athletes of all skill levels.

One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members’ names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering.
Don’t know which division to sign up for? No problem. Changes can be made online any time 20 days prior to event.

REFUND POLICY:
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO FUTURE EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be no shirt size/type changes after final order date. Athlete substitution up until the day of event by having your substitute athlete sign your team waiver on event day.

FRIENDLY (Any age/gender combination)
ADVANCED – Able to perform Heavy/moderate weight loads with advanced gymnastic movements.
Minimum requirements Snatch 155#/115#, C+J 185#/135#, Deadlift 275#/205#, Bar Muscle Ups, Handstand Walk/HSPU, Toes 2 bar, Chest 2 bar pull ups.
INTERMEDIATE – Moderate/Light Weight-loads, with moderate gymnastics movements.
Minimum Requirements Snatch 135#/85#, C+J 155#/95#, Deadlift 225#/155#, Wall walks, Toes 2 bar, chin-over bar pull up.
BEGINNER – Light Loads, with modified gymnastic movements.
Minimum Requirements Snatch 105#/65#, C+J 115#/65#, Deadlift 185#/135#, Modified Wall walks, hanging knee raises, jumping pull up, ring rows, HR push-ups.
MASTERS 40+ – Same Sex Teams with athletes ages 40+. Master athletes must be able to perform moderate weightloads and moderate gymnastics movements.
Minimum requirements: Snatch 135#/95#, C+J 155#/105#, Deadlift 225#/155#, Wall walks, Toes 2 bar, chin-over bar pull up.
FRIENDLY – 2-person team of any age and/or gender combination. Athletes may choose weight loads and modify gymnastics movements to their ability. This division is meant to be FUN, and stress-free without the pressures of competition. No prizes are awarded for this division.
WOD 1 – DT KREMLIN
With an 7-minute running clock:
PART A (Event 1) BUY-IN – For time:
50 Synchronized Russian KBS
KB – ADV 70/53, INT/40+ 53/35, FUN 35/26
PART B (Event 2) – With remaining time, AMRAP of:
9 DEADLIFTS

Workout Description:
PART A/PART B
On 3-2-1..Go! Team will enter grid and perform 50 synchronized Russian Kettlebell swings. Once 50 RKBS are completed, time will be recorded. Then immediately, with remaining time, A1 will perform 9 DL, then 6 HC, then 3 S2OH, while A2 waits in a designated area. Athletes may switch at any time. This sequence will continue until time cap is reached.
Time cap: 7 minutes.
Score Part A: Time
Score Part B: Total repetitions accumulated.
There will be a 2 minute rest/transitional period prior to the start of PART C.
PART C
On 3-2-1..Go! A1 will perform gymnastic movement, while A2 waits in a designated area. This sequence will continue until the time cap is met. Athletes may switch at any time.
Time cap: 3 minutes.
Score: Total repetitions accumulated.
WOD 2 FLOATER – FYRE FEST

Event 4 – PART A: MAX CAL BIKE
Event 5 – PART B: MAX Sandbag CLEANS
SB Loads: ADV 125/80, INT/40+ 100/70, FUN 80/50 lbs
Workout Description:
Part A and Part B will be performed simultaneously.
On 3-2-1..Go! A1 will perform Calorie Bike, while A2 performs Sandbag Cleans. Athletes may switch at any time. This will continue until time cap is reached. This workout has (2) separate scores of (1) accumulated Bike Calories, and (2) accumulated sandbag cleans.
Score Part A: Total calories accumulated.
Score Part B: Total reps accumulated.
Time Cap: 6 minutes.
WOD 3 - DEADLIFT LADDER
EMOM – Team will perform:
1-REP Deadlift
ADV/M40+: 225, 245, 275, 315, 345, 375, 415, 445, 475 lbs.
INT: 185, 205, 225, 245, 275, 315, 345, 375, 415 lbs.
FUN/F40+: 135, 155, 185, 205, 225, 245, 275, 315, 345 lbs
Workout Description:
Every minute on the minute, Team will approach pre-loaded barbell station. A1 will deadlift barbell, then with remaining time, A2 will deadlift barbell. Team will then transition to the next pre-loaded barbell at the end of the initial minute. Team has a total of 1 minute for both A1 and A2 to DEADLIFT a preloaded barbell as described above. Previous barbell must be successfully lifted by the athlete to advance to the next preloaded barbell. If both athletes successfully lift the barbell, Team will rest for the remaining time of the initial minute time cap. This will continue until both athletes fail.
Score: Sum of heaviest successful barbell lifts by A1+A2.
Tie Breaker: Last barbell only – 1 lbs. per repetition will be added to the team’s final score.
