Entry fee covers: Team entry fee for 2 persons, 3 workouts, with 6 separate scored events, (2) exclusive athlete event shirts*, team name plate*, sponsor goodies at check-in, access to a huge vendor village, and an opportunity to prove your fitness in front of family, friends, and the largest crowds in Southern California with ultimate prize packs for podium winners!
One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members’ names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering. Register your team 3-weeks prior to event to guarentee exclusive shirt/tank and team name plate. Teams registered teams who register after deadline, will not receive apparel nor team name plate.
Don’t know which division to sign up for? No problem. Written requests to firstname.lastname@example.org, must be received 21 days prior to event for changes to division/team name.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO FUTURE EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be no shirt size/type changes after final order date. Athlete substitution up until the day of event by having your substitute athlete sign your team waiver on event day prior to the first workout.

Mixed Pairs Hybrid Division: Hybrid Division is a combined Advanced/Intermediate level. At least 1 athlete on your team must be able to perform the following gymnastics movements: Bar Muscle ups, C2B Pull ups,Toes to Bar, Double Unders, Handstand Push Ups. Hybrid athletes must be able to lift, but not limited to, Snatch 135/95, C+J 185/135, Deadlift 315/225, Thruster 135/95.
Prizes packs awarded to Top finishers in each division, except Friendly.

(E1) PART A. On the call of 3-2-1..Go! A1 performs Calorie Bike, while A2 rests. Athletes may switch at any time. This will continue until final Calorie count per division is reached. Once this happens, time will be recorded for E1 score.
(E2) PART B. Then immediately, team will enter GRID and perform 30 C+J, then 30 T2B, then 30 front squats, then 30 pull ups, then 30 power snatches. Only one athlete may work at one time. Athletes may tag in/out at any time. If time remains, team will go back to power cleans and continue rep scheme and movement order as described above. This will continue until 12 minute cap is reached.
Test 1 has two separate scores:
(E1) Time to complete CAL Bike, and
(E2) Total repetitions of chipper performed in allotted time cap.

(E3) PART A. On 3-2-1..Go! Team will perform as many repetitions as possible of 5-ft increments of gymnastics movement of handstand walks (ADV/MIX) or wheelbarrow walks (INT/FUN). Time cap: 3 minutes. Team will then rest for 1 minute prior to starting E4/PART B of TEST 2.
(E4) PART B – On 3-2-1..Go! Team will perform 100m run simultaneously. Once all team members returns to their lane, team will perform 8 hang cleans with pre-loaded barbell. Only 1 athlete may work at one time. Athletes may switch at any time. Then team will run 100m together. Upon return, team will add appropriate plates to increase barbell load, then perform 6 hang cleans at a heavier weight load. Team will then run 100m, and upon return, add appropriate bumpers to barbell, then perform 4 hang cleans at a heavier weight load. Once 4 hand cleans are completed, team will race to the finish line where time will be recorded.
TEST 2 has (2) separate scores:
(E3) Max repetitions HS/ wheelbarrow walk, and
(E4) fastest time to finish PART B (Run/Hang Clean Ladder).

400m Sandbag Run
On 3-2-1..Go! A1 will perform 400m SB Run for time. Then when A1 crosses finish line, A2 will perform 400m SB Run for time.
Test 3 has (2) separate scores:
(E5) athlete with the fastest 400m SB Run, and
(E6) athlete with the second fastest 400m SB Run.
