One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members’ names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering. Register your team prior to APR 1 to guarantee event shirt/tank and team name plate.
Don’t know which division to sign up for? No problem. Changes can be made until 15 Days prior to event. Athlete substitutions can be made by emailing us 1) Team Name/Gym Affiliate 2) Team Division 3) Name of Athlete to remove 4) Name of replacement athlete 5) email of replacement athlete. Questions? THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO FUTURE EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be no shirt size/type changes after final order date. Athlete substitution up until the day of event by having your substitute athlete sign your team waiver on event day.

Mixed Pairs Hybrid Division: Hybrid Division is a combined Advanced/Intermediate level. At least one athlete must be able to perform the following gymnastics movements but not limited to: Bar Muscle up, Chest 2 bar pull ups, Handstand push ups, rope climbs, double-unders. Hybrid athletes must be able to lift, but not limited to, Snatch 135/95, C+J 185/135, Deadlift 225/155, Thrusters 135/95
Our FRIENDLY division is designed for friends and family to compete together in an organized event. Teams may consist of athletes of any age and/or any gender. We encourage Dads and Moms to compete with your sons/daughters. Athletes in the FRIENDLY division may scale movements and/or weight loads to accommodate abilities.
TEST 1 (Events 1-2-3)
With a 9 minute running clock
Event 1 – 10 Rounds for time of:
4 Russian Kettlebell Swings + 4 Alternating Lunges

(Event 1) On 3-2-1..Go! Athlete 1 will enter GRID and perform couplet of: 4 Russian KB swings + 4 alternating lunges, this will continue for 10 rounds. Athletes may switch at any time. Alternating jumping lunges will also be accepted. Once (E1) is completed, team will immediate perform:
(Event 2) DT, triplet of: 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Cleans, and 6 Shoulder to Overhead (S2OH), in that order. Athletes may switch at any time. Score is max total repetitions accumulated over remaining time frame.
Time Cap (E1-E2): 9 minutes.
(Event 3) At the completion of 2 minute transition between E2 and E3, Teams will then perform as many handstand push ups (HSPU) as possible for 2 minutes. FUN division will perform hand-release push ups. 1 Ab Mat will be provided to M ADV/ M INT/MIXED PAIRS division, 2 Ab Mats will be provided for W INT division. Only one athlete may work at a time. Athletes may switch at any time. Kipping and Strict HSPU will be accepted.

(E4) On 3-2-1..Go! Athlete 1 will enter GRID and perform 10 Box Jump Overs (BJO) + 7 Heavy dBall Cleans over the shoulder. Hip extension at the top of the box is NOT required for BJO. Only one athlete may work at one time. Athletes may switch at any time.
Score is: Total repetitions accumulated as a team.
Time Cap: 7 minutes.
TEST 3 (Events 5-6) FLOATER
Perform as many CALORIES as possible in 6 minutes:
Event 5 – Max CAL Bike (Athlete 1)
Event 6 – Max CAL Ski Erg (Athlete 2)
Event 5 and Event 6 will be performed simultaneously. With a 6 minute running clock, A1 will begin at the Bike, while A2 begins at the Ski Erg. On 3-2-1..Go! Both athletes will perform their perspective apparatus, while accumulating CALORIES. Athletes may switch at any time.
Test 3 has (2) separate scored events: E5 – Total CAL Bike, and E6 – Total CAL Ski Erg accumulated as a team within time cap.
Time Cap: 6 minutes.
