
What is Delta Force?
Delta Force is a 3-person, same gender (MMM or FFF), functional fitness team competition for athletes of all skill levels.
If you are new to CF, this is a great first comp. Our SCALED division loads are do-able for those with less than 6-month CF experience. If you are a veteran CFer, our workouts will challenge you while still having FUN at the same time! Don’t miss your chance to compete in this Epic team event!

REFUND POLICY:
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO FUTURE EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Athlete substitution accepted up until event day, by having your new athlete sign your team waiver prior to start of event.

WORKOUT 1 - TRIPLE DOUBLE
WITH 13 MIN RUNNING CLOCK…
PART 1 – EVENT 1 – AMRAP 5 minutes
- 20 Thrusters*
- 20 Alternating DB snatch**
- 6 Bar MUs (ADV) / C2B Pull Ups (INT) / Jumping Pull Ups (FUN)
*ADV 95/65 / INT 75/55 – BB cannot touch the ground during AMRAP portion on WOD

PART 2 – Then immediately perform – 8 minutes
EVENT 2 – 3-REP Bench Press
EVENT 3 – 4-REP Front Squat
Workout Description:
A1 will enter the grid and perform thrusters, while A2+A3 wait at the start line. Only one athlete may work at one time. Athletes may switch at any time. After 20 thrusters are complete, then the team will perform 20 alternating DB snatches, then 6 Bar Muscle Ups (ADV), Chest2Bar Pull ups or Jumping C2B Pull Ups (INT). Barbell must remain off the ground throughout entire triplet AMRAP for repetitions to count. This will continue until the time cap is reached.
Then with remaining time, athletes may begin the second half of WOD to find a 3-REP max effort Bench Press and 4-REP max effort Front Squat. All lifts will be off the rack. Teammates can help load/unload the barbell. Any or all athletes may lift.
Scores:
Event 1 – Total repetitions accumulated
Event 2 – Total load of heaviest successful 3 rep bench press
Event 3 – Total load of heaviest successful 4 rep front squat
Time cap: 13 minutes total

WORKOUT II - SANDBAG LADDER - Presented by GREYFIT
EVENT 4: SANDBAG CLEAN LADDER
MEN 70, 80, 90, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, 225 lbs.
WOMEN 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 125, 150 lbs.
Workout Description:
Every minute on the minute (EMOM), Team will have 1 minute total for each athlete to perform a SB clean from the floor to the shoulder. A successful lift is required for the athlete to advance to the next station. If an athlete fails to complete the lift, the athlete will then perform SB Deadlifts for tie breaker. The failed athlete may continue to move with the team but will not be allowed to lift heavier consequent SB.
Scoring: SUM of the heaviest successful lift performed by team.
WORKOUT III – CALORIE DEFICIT
Perform as many repetitions as possible in 6 minutes:
EVENT 5 – CAL Rower
EVENT 6 – CAL Bike
EVENT 7 – 30ft Framer Carry*
*ADV 120/90, INT 90/50, FUN 30 (load per bar)
Workout Description:
On 3-2-1..Go! All athletes will begin performing their respective movements. A1 will perform CAL Row. A2 will perform CAL Bike. A3 will perform Farmer Carry. Athletes will have a farmer carry bar in each hand. Athletes will rotate every 2 minutes until all athletes have performed once at each station.
Scoring:
EVENT 5 – Totcal Calories on Row
EVENT 6 – Total Calories on Bike
EVENT 7 – Total distance (reps) Farmer Carry
Time cap: 6 minutes.
