One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members’ names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO FUTURE EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Athlete substitution up until the day of event by having your substitute athlete sign your team waiver on event day.

Friendly division is non-prize division of a 3-person team comprised of any gender/age combination. Friendly teams will perform same events but may use weight loads of their choice.
Events 1 & 2: ROPE-A-DOPE
Event 1: For Time (9 minute cap)
50 2-person Worm Deadlifts
40 2-person Worm Thrusters
30 2-person burpees over Worm

Event 2: Perform AMRAP in 3 minutes:
14-FT Ascending Rope Climbs
This workout has (2) separate scores:
Event 1 score will be the time to complete the chipper.
Event 2 score is the total amount of rope climb ascents completed as a team.
Event 1: 9 minutes
Event 2: 3 minutes
Event 3: AXLE BAR LADDER
– Event 3 starts after a 10 minute rest period following Event 2 –
Axle bar complex of: (1) Axle Bar Clean + (1) Front Squat
Teams will be given a 10 minute rest/transition period at the end of workout 1 (E1-E2) and prior to the start of workout 2 (E3). On 3-2-1..go! Team will enter the GRID, A1 will perform axle bar complex. A2 and A3 will follow. Team will have 1 minute at each pre-loaded station. Athlete will advance the next station with each successful lift. If an athlete fails a lift, deadlifts may be performed for tie breaker.
Score is the sum of heaviest successful lift of each athlete (A1+A2+A3).

With a 6 minute running clock, teams will perform in any order (3) separate lifts. No two athletes may perform the same lift, thus each athlete must perform a different lift from other teammates. Each athlete will have up to 5 attempts per lift. Teammates may help change weight load to barbell. Each station will be equipped with the following: (1) Men’s 20kg barbell, (1) women’s 15kg barbell, Bumper Plates: (2)55#, (4)45#, (2)35#, (2)25#, (2)15#, (2)10#, (2)5#, (2)2.5#, (2) barbell clips. Barbell clips are required on barbell for lift to be accepted. If an athlete perform a lift without barbell clips, no matter the weight load, this will result in a NO REP. NO EXCEPTIONS.

E4 – Load of 3RM Thruster (Athlete 2)
E5 – Load of 1RM Snatch (Athlete 3)
