C4 and SignsRx, in association with RockTape, presents the “Three Amigos”, 3-person teams of same gender (3 Men or 3 women), functional fitness team competition across 5 divisions, for athletes of all skill levels.

Whether your are new to CrossFit, or a veteran CrossFitter, this event is for YOU!  Don’t miss your chance to compete in this outdoor 3-person team event! Grab 2 friends and build your power team. Register early, this event will sell out!!

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO FUTURE EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Athlete substitution up until the day of event by having your substitute athlete sign your team waiver on event day.

Workout 1: “Sand Bagging” (7 min cap)

Scored Event 1
40 sandbag ground to overhead
50 sandbag bear complex
60 sandbag shoulder to overhead
70-ft Sandbag walking lunge
Rx 80/70, INT 70/40, FUN 30

After 1 minute mandatory rest period, immediately perform Workout 2:

Workout 2: “Tango and Cash” (AMRAP 4 min)

Scored Event 2. AMRAP – CAL Ski Erg
Scored Event 3. AMRAP sled push/pull

Workout Description (Workout 1):
On 3-2-1..GO! A1 will enter GRID and perform chipper starting with 40 SB G2OH, while A2 and A3 must remain on start pad. Athletes may switch and tag in teammates at anytime during workout. Once 40 SB G2OH are completed, team must complete 50 SB bear complex, then 60 SB S2OH, then perform chipper 70-FT walking lunge. Once walking lunge distance is completed athlete on GRID must tag remaining teammates, with entire team running to cross finish line. Score is fastest time to complete chipper. Time will stop once final team member crosses finish line.
Time cap: 7 minutes. Team will the have a 1 minute transitional period to begin Workout 2.

Workout Description (Workout 2):
Teams will have 1-minute transition period prior to start of Workout 2: Event 2 and Event 3 will be performed simultaneously. A1 will begin at Ski Erg. A2 will begin at Sled. A3 will rest/wait at start line. On 3-2-1..GO! A1 and A2 will perform specific task. Only one athlete may work at one time at each station. Athletes may switch at any point during the workout. Max CAL Ski Erg and Max Sled Push/Pull will be separately scored events. Time cap: 4 minutes

Workout 3 – “ISA-GRACE” (7 min cap)

Scored Event 4:
ISABEL 45 snatches, Rx 135/95, INT 115/65, FUN 45#

Scored Event 5:
GRACE 45 C+J, Rx 155/105, INT 135/85, FUN 65#

Scored Event 6:
With remaining time, AMRAP BJ Overs (CF Regionals style) M 30″ / F 24″

Workout description:
On 3-2-1..GO! Team will enter GRID and perform 45 snatches. Only one athlete may work at one-time. Athletes may switch at any time. Once 45 snatches are completed, time will be recorded. Team will then add required weight to barbell, and perform 45 Clean and jerks. Once 45 C+J are completed, time will be recorded. With remaining time, team will perform as many reps as possible box jump over at required height, M 30″/ F 24″. CF Regional style: both athlete’s feet and hands must touch top of box as body is transferred to other side. Once athlete moves from one side to the other side of box, repetition will be counted.

Workout 3 will have (3) separate scored events: (1) 45 Snatches for time (Event 4), (2) 45 C+J for time (Event 5), and (3) AMRAP BJO (Event 6). Time cap: 7 minutes

Workout 4 (Floater) – “Trump Wall”

Scored Event 7:
As many reps as possible in 3 minutes – Burpee Wall Climb-overs
Men 6FT / W 4.5FT

Workout Description:
Team will have 3 minutes to perform maximum burpee wall climbs. Only one athlete may work at one time. Movement Standard: athlete begins with chest and thighs touching ground at the bottom. Then athlete climbs over wall at preferred height. Once both athlete’s feet touches ground, repetition will be counted. Athletes may exchange at anytime during the workout. Time cap: 3 minutes

Workout 5 – Clean Speed Ladder

Scored Event 8:
Axle bar clean ladder 6-5-4-3-2

Men Rx 150/180/200/220/ 240 lbs
Men INT 110/130/150/180/ 200 lbs
Women Rx 90/110/ 120/ 130/ 150 lbs
Women INT 50/70/90/110/ 120 lbs
FUN 40/50/55/60/ 70 lbs

Workout description:
On 3-2-1..GO! Team will enter GRID and perform 6 axle bar cleans, then move to next grid and perform 5 axle bar cleans, and continue at each station 4 axle bar cleans, then 3 axle bar cleans, then 2 axle bar cleans. Once last station of 2 axle bar cleans are completed, team run to finish line. Once final team member crosses finish line time ends. Team will share reps at each station. Each station will have a pre-loaded axle bar. Only one athlete may work at one-time. Athletes may switch at anytime. Score is fastest time to complete clean ladder. Time cap: 4 minutes
